Guangzhou ETCR Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1999. Our factory is located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, South China. We are a high-tech manufacturer specialized in non-contact and intelligence electronic testing meters. Our products can be widely used in power system, petroleum, chemical engineering, telecommunication, meteorology, military, railway, industrial and mining fields.

ETCR is a main and leading manufacturer of earth testers in China. Our main product of earth resistance tester Etcr 2000, produced in 1999, is the first product in the field of testing instrument in China.

ETCR has strong research and development ability. Our R&D department is run by Chinese most leading experts in the field with many years of experience in the manufacture and design of earth resistance testers and equipment.

ETCR is involved in drawing up PRC'S Metrological Verification Standard: JJG1054-2009 <Clamp Earth Resistance Meters>. The Metrological Verification JJG1054-2009 was released on December 22nd, 2009, and implemented on January 11th, 2010.

The release of the statute means ETCR has made a significant contribution to the earth resistance test industry, and ETCR has also received the national utility model patent for "Clamp Earth Resistance Meter" (Patent No. [ZL 2006 2 0058986.9]).
